Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Saleringo public site and, together with a signed order, the use of paid Saleringo services.
Accounts, orders, and authority
A person accepting an order confirms authority to act for the customer organization. Account users must protect access and follow assigned permissions.
- The signed order identifies the customer, service scope, price, term, and start conditions.
- The DPA and service-specific terms apply when customer data is processed.
- The signed documents control if a marketing page describes a different scope.
Fees, use, and service changes
Fees, taxes, included use, extra-use rates, renewal, and cancellation are shown before signature. Customers must use the service lawfully and within the approved scope.
- Saleringo may update the product while preserving contracted commitments.
- Material changes to an order require written agreement.
- Abuse, security risk, or non-payment may lead to restricted access under the applicable notice process.
Ownership, confidentiality, and disputes
Each party keeps its pre-existing materials. Customer data remains subject to the customer agreement, and confidential information must be protected.
- Warranty, liability, governing law, and dispute terms are stated in the signed order.
- Nothing on the public site creates a customer result or availability guarantee.
